Hi folks,
Myself Harshala, from a proper financial background. In my early years worked with renounced banks ,after accumulating good amount of work experience. I got married and left my corporate career which was quite promising at that time in 2010.
Took 2 years of sabbatical leave and enjoyed the motherhood journey. Slowly the time sailed through and I was desperately looking towards to start my career back.
Destiny plays an important role. I believe truly in it. My husband got a transfer to Bangalore and we were quite excited to explore the new city. After 15 days of landing, I started exploring the preschool in my near by vicinity. Assuming that, I will be soon starting my corporate career.
I finalized the preschool
for my son in Feb 2013 when he was just 2 years. After visiting the preschool, I felt this is the right place. Over a period I regularly visited and regularly met shweta mam. Her persona was so very impressive that i thought this profession is going to be the best to balance your work and home responsibilities.
And then came the turning point in my life. I was quite excited to choose the alternative career. We discussed everything with Anuj sir related to the business model. Soon the search was on for the property and around September 2013 launched our first preschool and kidscastle first franchisee. 2014 second centre and 2018 added one more.
The support and training was so effective that in just six months, we could reach our break even. Today it’s been 9 years association and a wonderful journey with closely 2 centres and 230+ children.
And this is my beautiful journey with kidscastle with lots of good memories to cherish every day!! I am leading a promising career and creating more opportunities for the people around
